What this is
Closebeat is an analytics and education product for pari-mutuel racing. It is not a bookmaker, not a tip service, and not a promise of profit. Past results do not predict future results. You must be 21+ where that is the law.
No edge claim
The published model does not beat the closing win pool after takeout. Practice tools, overlays, and the simulator are research. Real money stays locked until an honest Proof verdict of EDGE with a positive ROI confidence bound. We may never reach that. A subscription buys the sheet, not a winning system.
Your account and pay
Paid plans are billed by Stripe (monthly or annual, plus any stated trial). Cancel anytime in the account portal; you keep access through the paid period. Fees are in USD. Chargebacks for use of the product after a trial are not a refund path — email hello@closebeat.app first.
Past races we scored
Race cards in the database are a shared pool, not your private file. You do not upload official charts or Brisnet files unless you are an authorized operator. Do not scrape Equibase or other blocked sources through this product.
Acceptable use
No scraping our APIs, no sharing logins, no using the product to place bets for people who cannot legally wager. We can suspend an account that threatens the service or other users.
Liability
The software is provided as-is. Omnivurse LLC is not liable for gambling losses, missed overlays, or downtime. Maximum liability for a paid period is the fees you paid us in the prior 90 days. Some places do not allow these limits; then only the required minimum applies.
