What we collect
Account email and auth ids (via Olyron / Supabase). Subscription status from Stripe. Practice and (if ever armed) live bet ledger rows you create: horse, stake, odds you typed, timestamps. Optional alert preferences and email opens. Server logs. We do not need your bankroll at a track.
What we do not sell
We do not sell your name or bets to advertisers. Race cards are a shared research book, not a personal data locker. Official charts and Brisnet files are loaded by operators, not scraped from your browser.
Processors
Stripe (payments). Supabase (database and auth). Vercel (hosting). Resend (transactional email, if configured). Vercel AI Gateway or a local model for optional clerk chat — that chat reads the loaded past races and your session, not the open web.
Cookies
Session cookies keep you signed in. We do not run a third-party ad pixel on this product.
Retention and your rights
We keep account and ledger rows while the account is open, and as long as tax or fraud rules require. Email hello@closebeat.app to export or delete your account. We may keep anonymized aggregate stats.
Children
Closebeat is not for anyone under 21 where that is the legal gambling age, and not for children.
