Why

Dirty Penn sprint in a dead-cheap $5k claimer with six runners and a wall of early speed that sets up a violent pace scenario — volatility moderate-to-high. Chalk #3 ARTIST MARK (2-1) owns the best figures and posts a model edge, but three horses want the same air and the duel map is real; chalk is usable but short, not a bet. Primed #4 CAPPETTA has two ready flags (rising figs, 2nd off layoff) and the E style to dictate from post 4, but the trainer is a ROI sinkhole and the model shows no overlay; primed #1 ROB THE RICH (rising figs, hidden pace LP 90 last out, 5th-place finish that hid a legitimate fig) is the only closer with a documented path in Scenario B — if the three-way duel materializes, he has the late punch and 3.5-1 is a workable number, except the model says he's actually *underlay* at ML (-0.018 edge, no overlay flag).

Tote field

Whole board, one timestamp. This is the price the brief can read. Not a bet. Not Kelly. Morning line is what you ignored. A named PLAY stays a look until this stamp. Late scratch: tap SCR. Empty is missing, not a scratch.

Price / ready board

Price overlays skip the favorite (shortest ML, or under 3-1). Ready flags are PP patterns — not a win % and not a proven ROI. Pace + drop is unique top last pace into a class drop. PD same · not fig skips a trip change and the unique top last speed fig.
