SOUPER ATTENTIVE stalked the pace for three-quarters, rallied turning for home, wore the pacesetter down inside the eighth pole to take the lead and was nailed in the final stride by the winner in a good effort. AEGON TARGARYEN set the pace on a well rationed lead having something in reserve for the drive, kicked clear turning for home and was outfinished in the final sixteenth. WIN N JUICE tracked the leaders in striking distance throughout and lacked a closing kick in the stretch. JUSTIN SMILES raced wide in the first turn dropped to the rear of the field into the final turn and found his best stride late to make a mild bid in the stretch. PROST pressed the pace for a half, was put to an early drive on the turn to keep pace and steadily weakened through the lane. WON FOR LOU raced in mid-pack and went evenly lacking a bid for the stretch. GUS SWAYZE was rank onto the backside fighting restraint from four wide, settled nearing the half mile pole and faded from contention turning for home.
