LIAR'S POKER tracked the pace three wide, waited patiently before moving up in the upper stretch to claim a brief lead at the three sixteenths, gave way to the winner in the final furlong. WRITE OFF JERRY was allowed to settle off the pace, rallied five wide down the stretch to narrowly earn the show award. NEXT LEVEL raced not too far behind the pace, entered the stretch four wide but was unable to make a closing bid. CALIBRATE settled off the pace, gained along the inside of the far turn, tipped out at the eighth to split foes but was out-finished. NOW AND LATER found position around the middle of the pack, closed some ground in the upper stretch but flattened out in the final furlong. KELZ saved ground to stalk the pace from the two path, carried in by OCELLI in the upper stretch to be boxed for the final furlong, finished evenly. OCELLI raced three wide around the middle of the pack, loomed five wide through the far turn to enter the stretch in a competitive position, drifted in down the stretch to box in KELZ, weakened to third in the final few strides. SILVER SHOT was off a step slow, raced off the pace four wide, closed willingly down the stretch for a respectable finish. GETHSEMANE moved up between horses after the first turn, tipped out six wide at the quarter to improve position down the stretch. MESQUITE raced not too far off the pace, swung out six wide at the quarter to rally down the stretch but came up just short. CARSON STREET pressed the early pace from the inside, put a head in front at the half, drifted out a few paths in the upper stretch, grudgingly gave way to driving foes on both sides late. CHIP HONCHO was off a step slow, moved up five wide through the first turn, stalked the pace three wide under a tight rein, loosened hold in the far turn before applying heavy pressure down the stretch but was out-finished. QUALITY MISCHIEF trailed for most, swung out seven wide at the quarter to close willingly down the stretch. EXOSOME broke slowly, raced off the pace, made minor improvements in the stretch. STOP THE CAR tracked the pace four wide, faded in the stretch.
