TIGER OF THE SEA sprinted to the front and showed the way up the backstretch, met the bid from outer rival at the quarter pole, resisted through the lane, led into the final strides and got nailed by the winner. PURE CHAOS traveled in mid-pack on the inside, drew closer around the bend, tipped two wide into the lane, got boxed in and angled inward in upper stretch, steered back out a bit midstretch, dug in late but ran out of ground. SYNTAX raced up close to the outside of the pacesetter, drew alongside the leader with a quarter mile remaining, hounded that rival into deep stretch but could not summon the needed late kick. ADVERSE SELECTION got crowded between rivals early, trailed the field on the inside, passed a rival around the bend, swung widest into the stretch and finished well outside the top quartet. TURKEY BIRD followed in range two wide leaving the backstretch, took aim in the three path turning for home but flattened out in the stretch. ALL IN THE GAME broke well then lost momentum when traveling awkwardly across the dirt, raced three deep off the pace then angled in for the turn, crept closer from the fence around the bend, had her path taken and steadied in upper stretch, tipped out into the clear and could not rally. SALLY'S WISH stalked from inside, came off the fence a bit at the top of the stretch, got floated back to the inside and put in tight at the eighth pole, then weakened in the late stages. FIELDERS CHOICE traveled in mid-pack outside a rival, lost positions in the two path on the turn and had little left for the drive. MIGHTY KAI chased in the two path, advanced between runners on the far turn, finished willingly down the lane but could not reach the winner. MONGOLIAN MAX laid off the pace in the two path, bothered slightly by injured rival on the far turn, came four wide into the lane, put in a mild bid but needed to find more late. OOBUBBAKAKAYO raced up close three deep around the first turn, four deep on the backstretch, chased three deep turning for home and weakened. MISCHIEFS CAUSEWAY raced up close in the two path between runners, followed three deep up the backstretch, fell out of range in the three path around the second bend and weakened. TOPPERS AT SEASIDE grabbed the lead and crossed over to the inside, challenged by the winner past the three-eighths pole, yielded to that rival approaching the quarter pole and weakened in the lane. MALA trailed three wide early, went four wide into the far turn, moved out to the five path, jumped a fallen rider midway around the bend then altered out and passed tired rivals. BAZOOKA CHARLIE climbed along while chasing from inside, drew closer while put in a bit tight around the bend, rallied up the fence but ran out of ground. HONDO CROUCH broke a bit slow, trailed up the backstretch, raced on the inside into the turn, angled out approaching the quarter pole, came five wide into the lane, put in a late run and finished game third. MAXIMUS set the pace up the backstretch, led along the rail through the turn, confronted by BALLYHOOLIGAN in upper stretch, drifted out and made light contact with that rival midstretch and got outfinished in the final sixteenth. ANOTHER MONARCH broke a bit slow, chased three deep into the turn, shifted inward in upper stretch, then finished willingly to the wire.
