PERFECT LIFE vied from inside for a bit then dropped back to track the speed around the first turn, angled out on the second bend, drifted out and bumped MRAZEK'S OLD DREAM at the eighth pole, put in a late bid but ran out of ground. MRAZEK'S OLD DREAM traveled outside a rival at the back early, angled four wide around the far turn, took a bump from PERFECT LIFE at the eighth pole and showed late interest to close the gap on the winner. MORGAN'S BLUFF settled in the two path, followed in range three deep into the far turn, was closest in pursuit in the two path turning for home but finished evenly down the lane. FAITHFUL TRUTH laid well off the pace in the early going while angling off the fence to the four path around the first turn, stayed off the rail through the second bend, came four wide into the lane and passed tired rivals. RUSSELLS HUSTLE unhurried in the opening stages and moved inside, ridden along the rail then two wide on the far turn, tipped out into the lane, closed well to gain second but was too late to reach the winner. CASTLE LEOCH settled along the rail, crept closer in the middle stages, saved ground on the far turn, tipped off the fence midstretch and got up for third. AH JEEZ tracked two to three wide on the clubhouse turn, moved out and advanced four deep in the middle stages, chased three wide into the lane and finished evenly late while getting edged for the show.
